LINK Up Illinois is offering free SNAP consulting to Illinois farmers markets seeking to implement new EBT (Electronic Benefit Transfer) systems to accept SNAP (Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, Illinois ‘Link’) benefits, or to improve a currently existing EBT program.
