Join The Cook County Medical Reserve Corps

Cook County Department of Public Health is the state certified public health agency for 125 municipalities in suburban Cook County (excluding Chicago, Evanston, Skokie, Oak Park, and Stickney Township). There are a variety of ways the public can help prepare for and respond to a public health emergency, including volunteering for the Cook County Medical Reserve Corps, donating blood, and taking first aid and CPR classes.

The Cook County Medical Reserve Corps consists of medical, non-medical and public health professionals who volunteer to assist CCDPH in preparing for and responding to public health emergencies and disasters. If you are interested in becoming a Cook County Medical Reserve Corps (CCMRC) volunteer, please contact us at 708-633-8052 for more information about the program, roles and responsibilities, and how to apply.
