HealthWise

HealthWise is a free, 110-page resource of health information for schools and child care providers. HealthWise was designed to help school nurses, administrators and support staff communicate with students and their families about public health information and CCDPH programs and services.  All information is up to date as of October 2013, including Cook County Board of Commissioners, Cook County Health and Hospitals System (CCHHS) Board, CCHHS affiliates, CCDPH clinics, programs and services, phone numbers, and links to resources.
