Join us on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 from 2:00PM – 3:30 PM at Jordan’s Foods (1258 W. 127th Street Calumet Park, IL) to:
- Discover new foods being stocked at New Way Foods
- Taste delicious samples of sensational fruit salad
- Get easy recipes and healthy eating tips to share with your family and friends
Jordan’s Food is participating in the Healthy Corner Store project .The Healthy Hotspot initiative supports corner stores in overcoming barriers to stocking healthy, affordable, and fresh food. This event has been organized by the Consortium to Lower Obesity in Chicago Children (CLOCC) in collaboration with The Center for Faith and Community Health Transformation, Cook County Department of Public Health, South Suburban Mayors and Managers Association, University of Illinois Extension and TCA Health community based organization.
