The Health Promotion Unit is dedicated to work in partnership with suburban Cook County communities in promoting healthier lifestyles associated with chronic disease and sexual health by:
increasing awareness and education;
developing, implementing and evaluating comprehensive public health programs; and,
providing technical assistance to expand community resources.
