Child/Teen Health

Child/Teen health programs are a collaboration of services that target the prevention of disease, as well as the promotion of good health.

The programs include:

Most programs and services are implemented through the CCDPH clinics or by public health nurses and health educators. They ensure that children will have a happy, healthy start to life, and will remain healthy throughout their school-aged years.
