This Privacy Policy addresses the collection, use, disclosure, and security of information that may be obtained by the Cook County Department of Public Health (“CCDPH”) through the use of cookcountypublichealth.org/wordpress, www.thatsjustnasty.com , www.healthyhotspot.org , www.healthyhotspot.com , www.rethinkyourdrinknow.com , and getnaloxonecookcounty.com (collectively the “CCDPH websites”).

If you visit the CCDPH websites, CCDPH may collect some or all of the following information:

IP addresses

CCDPH uses your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server, to administer www.cookcountypublichealth.org, and for statistical metrics used to track website visitor traffic.

As a general rule, we will not disclose any personally identifiable information collected online to entities outside of Cook County departments and agencies except where you have given us permission.

SALE OF DATA

E-mail addresses or any personally identifying information about individuals are not sold or rented to any governmental or commercial entities.

The CCDPH websites provide links to other websites. These include links to web sites operated by other County agencies and officials, other government agencies, nonprofit organizations and private businesses. When you link to another site, you are subject to the privacy policy of that new site
