Alliance for Healthy & Active Communities Quarterly Meeting

The Alliance for Healthy & Active Communities (AHAC) next quarterly meeting is being organized by the Healthy Eating Action Team and hosted by the Broadview Park District.  Join us to tour the Broadview Community Garden, learn how the Broadview Park District is implementing their community garden, and hear from a keynote speaker address food-related issues.

WHEN: Thursday September 22nd from 1-3:30pm

WHERE: The Broadview Park District at 2600 S. 13th Ave; Broadview, IL 60155

Each of the four action teams; Healthy Eating, Active Living, Tobacco Prevention  and Control, and Access to Services  will share updates.   To learn more about  AHAC  and getting involved with our action team meetings, conference calls, and upcoming activities check out  the Cook County Department of Public Health website  and the Cook County Connects platform.
