The RRP Rule became effective on April 22, 2010 and requires that contractors performing renovation, repair and painting projects that disturb lead-based paint in homes, child-care facilities, and schools built before 1978, be certified by the USEPA and must follow specific work practices to prevent lead contamination.
Space is limited! Reserve your webinar seat now and be sure to register for the 2010 National Lead Poisoning Prevention Conference.
If you need more information or have any questions about the RRP rule, please log onto the USEPA’s website at http://www.epa.gov/lead/pubs/renovation.htm
