In support of Go the Distance, Cook County (GTD), the Chronic Disease Prevention and Health Promotion Unit in collaboration with the Forest Preserves of Cook County (FPCC) are inviting CCDPH staff to voluntary walking meet-ups at designated Forest Preserves of Cook County locations, July - September 2018.
