AHAC June 28th Quarterly Meeting

Want to improve the health of your community? Join the Alliance for Healthy and Active Communities (AHAC) for our next quarterly meeting! From networking to learning opportunities to cutting-edge tools and strategies, AHAC is a growing network for those looking to make suburban Cook County a healthier place to live, work and play.

We will discuss healthy food access in suburban Cook County, hear about a healthy corner store project led by Communities Putting Prevention to Work (CPPW) and learn how to develop a healthy corner store project in your own community. Please join us!
