County Health Rankings & Roadmaps Reports

Where we live matters to our health

The 2017 County Health Rankings & Roadmaps (CHR&R) report ranks U.S. counties in every state on various health outcomes, health factors, social and economic conditions, and the physical environment. However, due to the lack of sub-county data, comparable estimates are available in the Cook County Department of Public Health's CHR&R: SCC Equivalent Measures - 2017 report. Adhering to indicator definitions and analytical methodologies found in the CHR&R report, CCDPH calculated estimates for the SCC area. Note rankings for SCC are unavailable due to lack of local data for all indicators.
